A small Artisan Winery tucked in a Norton Summit valley within the cool climate of South Australia’s famed Adelaide Hills. Using only Estate-Grown fruit from the nine acre vineyard, the owners and winemakers James and Taiita Champniss handcraft limited batches of minimal intervention and incredibly personal fine wine. The wines are released as they are made, in the European tradition, slowly; giving the wines time to gain  character and grace.
