Swift + Moore’s roots date back to 1897 when a young entrepreneur, Glencross Swift, established Swift and Company as a general importing business in Australia. The Swift + Moore name would grow to become one of Australia’s premier beverage trading houses with a focus on wine and spirits.

We service a range of sales channels from consumer, events, on-premise, off-premise, wholesalers, chains and e-commerce. How do I order for my on-premise / off-premise business?

You can order Swift + Moore products through one of our wholesale partners or directly through one of our sales representatives. Please contact us to receive a copy of our wholesale price list and current deal offerings.

What are the freight charges for trade?

Orders of $300* or more will be Freight Free of Charge (FFOC). Orders of less than $300 will incur the following charges:

Same State

  • Local = $5.50 per package
  • Outer Metro = $7.50 per package
  • Regional = $9.50 per package

Interstate

  • Local = $7.50 per package
  • Outer Metro = $9.50 per package
  • Regional = $11.50 per package

How long will it take to receive my trade order?

Delivery times will be dependent on the lines ordered and shipping location. If you need your order in time for a particular date please contact us. Trade customers ordering through one of our wholesale partners lead times will depend on the servicer. For more information on ordering trade direct please contact your sales representative.

Can you assist creating my wine list or cocktail menu?

Our portfolio of wines are the perfect addition to any wine list and cover a variety of contemporary food styles. We also supply versatile spirits suitable for cocktails and shelf presence. Our highly skilled sales representatives can provide assistance in the creation and revision of existing wine lists and cocktail menus. Our in-house graphic services can help in the design and production of customised wine lists, menus, invitations, table talkers, posters etc.

Can I create a unique experience for my venue or event?

Can I return my product?

We always aim for make sure our customers love our products, but if you do need to return an order, we’re happy to help provided that the product is returned within 30 days after it has been purchased, not opened or damaged, and in a re-saleable condition. Just contact us directly and we’ll take you through the process.

What happens if my order is wrong or damaged?

We take damages and loss very seriously. In the event that your shop order is damaged or incorrect please contact us and we will assist you in replacing your order.

Trade customers ordering direct will be responsible for taking photographs and issuing a Complaint Report via your sales representative or by contacting us directly.

Can I order gifts for my corporate clients?

Yes absolutely! Our knowledgeable team are available to assist with selecting the perfect premium fine wine, spirit, non-alcoholic or beverage bundles with an extra personalised touch. We can deliver to multiple addresses for your colleagues, team members or clients. Can I order bulk for my special event or wedding?

Yes! We understand the importance of having the perfect beverages on hand for your special event or wedding. Our knowledgeable team are available to assist with selecting the perfect premium fine wines, spirits and unique non-alcoholic beverages that can be paired with your menu or transformed into cocktail recipes. Can I get my order personalised?

We can happily leave a personalised message note with your order if you are sending as a gift. Please leave your message in the notes at store checkout.

Do you ship overseas?

No, we only ship domestically in Australia. We are pleased to offer Free Australian Shipping on all orders over $300+.

How long will it take to get my order?

It depends on where you are in Australia. Orders through our retail store are dispatched same day if ordered before 2pm and are in stock. Standard shipping will take 3 - 10 business days. Express shipping will take 1 -3 business days. If you need your order in time for a particular date such as a wedding, event or special day please contact us.

Trade customers ordering through one of our wholesale partners lead times will depend on the servicer. Shipping charges and lead times will vary based on location and order size. For more information on ordering trade please contact your sales representative.

What shipping carriers do you use?

We use all major carriers, and local courier partners.

Can I track my order?

We'll send you updates from the time your order is placed, right through to when your order has been collected and is on its way. On the off chance we're running late, we'll contact you and let you know your revised delivery time.

Who can receive my order?

Your order can only be delivered to the recipient's name as shown on the order or a person who is at the delivery address / business you have nominated. Our drivers will check photo ID upon delivery to ensure recipient is 18+. All orders will be required to sign a declaration confirming their name and that they are over 18+.

Trade customers will be responsible for cross-checking deliveries with the invoice provided. Signature on delivery declares the delivery is correct and in good condition.
